Custom orders
Because every sticker run is produced to the approved artwork, size, material, finish, and quantity, custom orders are final after proof approval and production begins.
- Review the digital proof carefully before approval.
- Confirm spelling, size, cut shape, and quantities.
- Color can vary between screens and printed material.
Damage or verified production defects
Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery or pickup with the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review verified production defects or shipping damage and determine an appropriate reprint or replacement.
- Keep the stickers and original packaging during review.
- Include photos showing the full affected quantity when possible.
- Normal screen-to-print color differences are not automatically a defect.
Customer artwork and approved changes
We cannot reprint at no charge for an error that was visible in the approved proof, including spelling, layout, low-resolution artwork, or an intentionally selected size or cut shape.
